Nash Plumbing and Mechanical has the capacity and the expertise to design, budget, and construct any plumbing and mechanical project.  Through our Proven Process we have created a network of business and trade partners who have come to rely on our extensive capabilities in new commercial construction, renovation, special projects, and commercial service and maintenance. While our business is based on long-term relationships with a focus on the engagement and accountability of our employee-owners, what really makes us unique is our adaptability/mobility, our accurate and consistent preconstruction team, the fact that we always find a way to get it done, and our project managers living extreme ownership.  At Nash, we are committed to building trust, and delivering both quality and value.

OUR HISTORY

EMPLOYEE-OWNED, FAMILY-GUIDED FOR FIVE DECADES.

Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC. was founded on humble beginnings in 1974 by George J. Nash and his two sons George and Cliff. The company that was once intended to earn a living for Nash’s newly relocated family is now celebrating 50 years in the industry with three generations of family leadership. What started as a one-truck operation now provides employment for 300 Employee-Owners and is one of the largest and most trusted plumbing and mechanical contractors in the Southeastern United States.

NASH PM IS A DIVISION OF HB GLOBAL

Nash PM is a division of HB Global, LLC. HB Global is our employee-owned parent company and has 9 operating divisions with 14 offices in 9 states & the U.S. Virgin Islands. Collectively we have completed work in 25 states, 10 Caribbean Islands, Honduras & Mexico. We are federally licensed in all 50 states and state-licensed in 23 states, the District of Columbia, the Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands. Our collaboration and high-level of industry expertise makes us better together!

ESOP

EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN

The Nash PM Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a plan in which the company contributes to a stock plan for the benefit of the company’s employees. Employees become vested in the program and gain shares over time. With an ownership stake in the company, and directly benefiting from improvement in the value of the company's stock, Nash PM employees are highly motivated to perform at their best. Our clients benefit through the engagement of our “Employee Owners” and their desire to provide our clients with superior productivity and quality. The employee’s participation in the ESOP program inspires them to increase the strength of their shares by ensuring our clients receive the best value and service possible.
