I am writing today to let you know about a recent change at Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, we are joining HB Global ,LLC, as it's newest division. HB Global is a Harrisburg, PA-based parent company with two other divisions, IT Landes Company and HB McClure Company, that have been in business for 85 and 100+ years, respectively, providing HVAC, plumbing and electric services to clients in the Mid- Atlantic region. Nash decided to join HB Global as part of a long-term strategy for growth. HB Global aligns with our values and culture, and the relationship will allow me to plan for my retirement in a way that best serves our company and our business partners.
The most important thing we want you to know is that Nash will proceed with business as usual, and our relationship with you will not change. Nash will also retain its name and operate under the continued leadership of Dave Mears.
