Miami Beach Convention Center Update!

Currently, overall construction is at 65% completion with just over four months remaining in Phase 2.  Phase 3 commences in mid-December and runs through June 2018.

With a scope of work valued at $66 million and growing, the Nash Mechanical project team is relieved to finally be "over the hump".  At nearly 1.4 million square feet, the MBCC project is comprised of thirty construction areas and our team has completed, or is in the process of wrapping up, work in twenty-one of these areas.  The overall goal is to have our only ongoing work concentrated in the new West Concourse and South Addition areas of the project (which are still in the process of being erected).

Program Manager, Jonathan Brokaw is proud of what our staff has accomplished since last December.  While 2016 was a year of growing pains for our staff at MBCC; 2017 has been a year of reorganization and accomplishment.  Johnathan Brokaw would like to thank all of our MBCC office and field staff for their dedication and hard work, with special acknowledgement to Greg Ellis, Omar Hidalgo (WR Nash), Pieter Borst (WR Nash), Harvey Hernandez (WR Nash), Luis Camacho (WR Nash), and Carlos Carrillo.
